Mouse movement and looking

Hello,
I have been playing this game for a few days and I feel that this is an important feature that is missing. Now I've been lurking the forums for some time and understand that the limited turn speed of characters is vital to tactics, but that doesn't mean that we can't have a limited turn speed with the mouse. I know it would be nothing more than aesthetic element, but still, games are all about aesthetics.

You mean you cannot rotate your camera fast enough? This is not a game thing, you can adjust your mouse cursor speed from your OS settings.

PS: In case you missed it completely, you can rotate the camera by holding down the right mouse button and moving your mouse around. If you click the left mouse button during rotation, it will also lock the camera in that position. Middle mouse button or left+right mouse button reset the camera to default position (behind you), and mouse wheel scroll will zoom in/out, you can also zoom in/out by holding down left+right mouse button and moving the mouse up/down.

Silly me, I wrote down my arguement and forgot to say what I wanted!

I want to be able to move around with just the mouse. I know right clicking will change the camera angle, but I would like if another mouse button (middle click seems to be a good choice) would adjust the camera angle and the direction my character is facing as well making my character move forward.

Oh, you mean control movement as well through the mouse, instead of just the camera.

Hm, in that case, this has been requested by new players quite often, but the general response from the community was "no mouse movement plz", and I tend to agree, I like the FPS-like controls

Eh, I should bind those keys to a joystick.
Actually, I wonder if I make a work around for that... Would it be considereing cheating, incredibly stupid, or both?

Neither. In fact, I would encourage you to post any work you do in that direction in the forums, I bet there's others like you that might find it useful

many new players suggest this, because as a lower lvl all you do is grind, but once you get into those high lvls and war, you will find it that using the w,a,s,d and arrow keys to move much more efficient, using mouse in war would be way too crazy, as you are already using it to click doors, people and sometimes spells. I also think mouse clicking (for movement) games are a lot more primitive and boring but thats just me.

Dont forget the players who play with mouse!! :P

I play with arrows keys, casting spells with mouse and rotate bars F1-F4 with middle mouse wheel.
So i d like to have the mouse as it is now
