I'm happy to see someone is enjoying the game like i did when I was new in this. For newcomers there is one simple advice - the official game guide is insufficient, and there are many unwritten tips and tricks you'd for sure find usefull.

http://trainer.claninquisition.org/ -Abit outdated, but still very nice tool to create and post setups.
http://tools.claninquisition.org/ Another nice tool, especially for lvling.
http://www.regnumsentinel.com/ Warzone status.

And, as guys above wrote, look for some nice clan to join, find some buddies ingame, and most important, ask for help in realm chat. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to chat me ingame(you can see my characters in signature below).

I shall be taking a bit of time to read the info at those links you gave and play with the trainer by TurboLove - clan mates have helped a lot with both these areas.

glad you found this game as well its quite hard to find and it does seem to appeal to a niche market.

it appeals to me because its simple, undemenanding, the people in it seem genuine about enjoying the game and havig real fun within the game environeent. its not too flowery a game too. its very hardcore and unforgiving too. so its quite real in that way.

and having learned to level up and enjoy the game, i made several characters (conju, lock etc) which I all enjoy. and i just enjoy seeing people having fun around me. the ups and downs. and i like halping people too.

and invasions etc are so... hilarious! its like the real ups and downs of life. im just glad its all just a game, while many players can get really upset by it (and so they should! pls fix the imbalances NGD!!!)

yes in Syrtis hmm? nice realm full of elvy players lovely !!
of course if u visit alsius u will know they are brutal yet noble.. somehow... icy and brave. Ignis? ah... evil scheming yet also noble in their own demonic way... Syrtis? noble and beautiful.. and somehow really self-centered?
its amazing how eahc of the realms draws players personalities... or is it just the beautiful landscapes?
