I'm glad a lot of people are happy now and can enjoy the game!

About the engraving/removing gems. We've found the bug and it's in the client, so we will have to apply a patch and to do that we have to follow a process that now wouldn't be wise to perform. We'll try to do it tomorrow.

Is it possible to transfer some of the characters on my account to Ra and others to Valhalla?

There has been war on ra all day, usually it doesnt start up until 11 pm GMT.

P.S.: a friend of mine tryed to transfer his char and (it seems in Spanish version of the web) the Ra option appears as Real Academia Española de bellas artes (?).

Transfer was smooth had no problems , thanks ngd done a great job with it , none stop action love it

I cannot create a trouble ticket as it will not let me log in.
It tells me Invalid "username or password, or account disabled."
My account use to have 50 item account stash and now it is at 5 account stash.
Player name is G-Nite Federal.

Other than that the transfer was very smooth.

Please help if you can.

Is your account from Game Samba? I noticed that NGD accounts show it but Game Samba accounts do not.

I do not want to bother support with this as they most likely have their hands full at this moment therefore I'll ask here. What happens to the clan chest when the clan founder transfers? Do the items inside move aswell or do they get deleted?

Clan chest does not move with the Clan Founder. I asked my Clan Founder.
