Make another artifact that changes base damage. For example, Bow's from pierce to blunt

-I suspect that one artifact recipe will eventually exchange two resists on the same piece of armor....that's not so OP. (/me wants AK-47 too!)

Anyhoo', what is the respawn schedule for these new bosses, it it on a set timer that does not waver, or it an exact amount of time after it was slain the last time? Anyone know?
